Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal Payments

If the customer realizes that there is an error on the shipping information, he/she must contact the product department before the order is processed (maximum 24 hrs.) by email to [email protected] and clarify the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping details that are incorrectly supplied by the customer. Redirecting charges apply.

How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Follow up emails will indicate when your order is processed with detailed shipping information and tracking codes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by opting in when placing an order.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL/Canada Post. Free Shipping to USA (Main Land), Canada, & Singapore only. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery depending on your location. Express Shipping is only available for USA and there is an additional charge of $37 upon checkout.

For Global Shipping the flat rate charge is $27 upon checkout and delivery is between 6-9 days.

For Free and Global Shipping, there is a 24 hour cancellation and refund grace period,  after which orders will be processed and no cancellations and refunds will be entertained.

For Express Shipping, there is a 12 hour cancellation and refund grace period,  after which orders will be processed and expedited. No cancellations and refunds will be entertained. Delivery is between 3-6 days.

When will my order be shipped?

US and Canadian orders are shipped twice a month on the 15th and 31st. All other orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
